1. Scope

This policy applies to all digital transactions, wallet top-ups, vendor settlements, cashback systems, and other payment-related services offered by Stackduck Payment Technology Private Limited through its official website or authorized business channels.

2. Transaction Failures

  • If a payment fails but the amount is debited from your account, it will be automatically reversed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
  • If the reversal is delayed beyond the specified timeframe, you may contact our support team at support@stackduck.com with the transaction reference ID.

3. Cancellations

  • Once a payment or transaction is successfully processed through the Stackduck platform, it cannot be cancelled.
  • In case of duplicate transactions due to a technical or user error, customers can request cancellation and refund within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Requests must include valid proof such as transaction ID, payment screenshot, and registered account details.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases of failed, duplicate, or unauthorized transactions.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method or wallet balance within 7–10 business days after internal verification.
  • Refund status updates will be communicated via the registered email or SMS linked to the user account.

Refunds will not be processed for transactions that were successfully completed and availed by the user, including vendor settlements, reimbursements, or payouts.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Cashbacks, vouchers, and loyalty points once credited are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Settlement or commission-based payments processed through Stackduck are final and cannot be reversed.
  • Charges incurred for payment gateway processing or third-party services are non-refundable.

6. Dispute Resolution

For any payment-related dispute or refund claim, users must raise a ticket through their Stackduck account dashboard or email our support team with complete transaction details. Each case will be reviewed individually and resolved in accordance with RBI and NPCI guidelines.

7. Policy Updates

Stackduck reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be reflected on this page with the revised effective date.
